Hey everyone my name is Matt and I am brand new to Biggerpockets and real estate investing. I am 21 years old and live in the Clearwater Florida area. For my first investment I am planning on buying a duplex or small multifamly property and house hacking. I would love to connect with other investors in the area and I am currently looking for local meetups. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
