Hello. I just wanted to know what is the first thing to do when your are thinking of investing in real estate. I want to get some rentals homes and eventually start doing some fixing and selling.  Don't know where to begin.  It is overwhelming. I want to get started on the right foot. ... Can someone help....  Thank you.    !
