Good morning, I've been researching real estate investing strategies for about 2 years off and on and I'm now in a position to jump in head first. I have a list of properties that I'm making contact on and am searching for ppl in my area that are into investing as well. Local JV partners would be awesome. Or even just a friend that understands the business. Thanks for reading lol appreciate you all already!
