New Member Looking Forward To Learning and Getting Started

Hello all, I am super excited to get started with this journey. I am currently interested in Real Estate Investing and becoming a Real Estate Agent. I don't have much experience in real estate at the moment except for being a Leasing Consultant for a student housing complex. I am eager yet nervous to get started. I am reading Brandon Turner's "The Book On Rental Property Investing" and I am intrigued with the House Hacking method that he mentioned in the book. If you guys have any tips or suggestions to help me get started, they will be greatly appreciated. I look forward to learning and growing from everyone here!
