Good Afternoon everyone. I hope everyone had a great weekend and a great Thanksgiving. I recently just discovered wholesaling and real estate investing. It took me until now to realize I am already an investor since I have one home in which I am already renting out. I am in the Air Force and plan to start my real estate business ASAP through wholesaling and eventually conducting fix and flips and  then add more properties to my rental portfolio. I am excited to begin feeling a bit anxious to get my first deal done. I have about 5 years left in my current military contract therefore my goal is to walk away from the Air Force at the end of my current enlistment to continue grow and scale my business. 

I am here on BP to network and learn everything I can. Additionally, if I can make some friends throughout the process of me working towards success would be a great bonus. Overall, I want to surround myself with like minded individuals who I can learn from and eventually offer my experiences to some newcomer such as myself. So far in my two weeks of researching real estate investing I have been surprised with how supportive this type of community has been. Hopefully I can add some value in some sort of way. I know I want to help people and if I can set my children up for success not only with wealth but knowledge then i'm all in. Hope to hear from you all soon!
