New Investor in St. George, UT
Hey BP Community!
My name is Jace Shepherd and I'm new to BP and wanted to quickly introduce myself and start networking with other investors in my area. I just moved to the St. George, UT area about 4 months ago and am really excited to start investing in real estate. I did a few flips and owned a rental property back in 06-07 before the market crash up in Salt Lake City, UT but haven't done anything since and can't wait to get back into it!
My interests with real estate right now are mostly buy and hold with single family homes to start but would love to eventually expand into multi family and commercial properties down the road as my knowledge and experience grow.
I'd love to meet anyone else who's active in my market and get a chance to learn from you and build relationships so please hit me up if you're interested.

Jace,
Welcome to BP, I've been on here for about a year now. I work for a developer in town and manage 1000 doors for them in Utah and AZ. I would suggest listening to the POD cast, there is a ton of information. I'm not currently looking into SG for rentals or investments, however I do have a friend that has been able to find properties here locally to flip. I have the experience in PM and know the state laws pretty well. I would be happy to help however I can.
