Newbie Alert - Real Estate Licensee / Investor

Hello Fellow Bigger Pockets Friends-

I am seeking friendly advise.  My name is Shavona (aka Sam) and in addition to attending a few seminars on Bigger Pockets I managed to pass my RE License exam and is currently in search of a brokerage agency to hang my license.  The issue I am facing is my goal is to solely use my license to purchase investment properties for myself for the next 5 - 10 years.  Therefore many of the places I have met with fee scales are percentage based, and may not be the most optimal for my situation.  Based on my research this model works great if I would be interfacing with the public; however at this time that is not my goal.

I am sure this is not a new issue and would love to hear from those who have charted this course in the past.  sharing your experience would be greatly appreciated.

Shavona M.
