Newbie: Motivated and Restless in Toronto Ontario

Hey Everyone,

I am so thankful for the Bigger Pockets podcats, forums, and books. I have been researching as much as possible while finishing school and I can't wait to start investing in my future. Is there anyone on BiggerPockets who lives in Toronto, Canada and invests in cheaper markets, possibly even in the US. I have worked many years in property maintenance and management for a Landlord who owns 70+ units and even worked as a real estate agent. I am willing to lend a hand in any way that I can, and I am looking for someone who is willing to meet with me and share some wisdom. I would love to meet with someone who has done some deals with low or no money down. 

Again I love the community atmosphere of Bigger Pockets and I can not wait to help others as Bigger Pockets has helped me.
