Hi Everyone,

I am Mark Petitmermet living in Oregon City, OR. I have worked as a RN for 6.5yrs. My Wife and I have a 1.5 year old son and want to raise him together and spend more time on things we value. My goal is financial independence (FI) from 12 hour shifts and am using real estate through buy-and-hold rentals as a main strategy. Doug Nordman, from the FI community, highly recommended/encouraged me to join BiggerPockets as I start this adventure in real estate. I love hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, camping, and anything outside.
