New investor in Tampa

Hello Everyone !

I am excited to be here in this BP forum with such a great community, I have been doing real estate investments for the past 5 years mainly in Miami area, now I am looking to expand my network and investment areas, so I decided to start investing also in Tampa bay area.

I am a part of a big community of investors in Israel (ProjectX) So I am working with many other investors.

I am planning on investing my time in South Florida area including Tampa for the next 5-10 years and close many deals,

therefore I am looking forward to work with great people and create long term relationships. I am also arriving to Tampa very soon and would love to meet some great people to work with.
