Out of State Investor
I am new to real estate investments, with my first house under contract for a flip project in Cincinnati, OH. I am currently looking to start my buy-and-hold investment portfolio. Looking at roofstock to begin that process. If anyone has any comments about that platform or any other ideas to begin a renal portfolio, I'm all ears!
The part that has been the most difficult to begin with, is trusting the numbers. You get so excited to get in the game that sometimes you're about to forget the numbers just to get it. I have to learn to make my analysis and then stick to the numbers, it's ok to get an offer declined. Don't rush.
