Hello Fellow BPers,

I'm John, currently in Princeton, NJ, in the process of moving to Carroll County, MD. I recently met a wonderful woman who is my reason why. She's in the middle of a divorce and so we're both working on rebuilding our lives and doing it together.

I found a great Real Estate Agent who specializes in REO which is what I want to concentrate on. I would rather discount a property from a Bank than from an actual owner.

I've got a list of about 25 properties that I'm going to be looking at and I'm prepared to put offers in on all of them. One will be for My girlfriend and I, one could very well be for her daughter's family. I'm getting more excited every minute, although I'm basing my offers and criteria on the numbers and not getting emotional about the properties.

Started seller and buyer threads on Craigslist, and will work on other classified ad sites as well.

Luck is where preparation meets opportunity, and I'm fully prepared for when the opportunity presents itself.

I plan on being an active member of the group.
