1031 exchange rental property move to LLC

Greetings to All,

First, I would like to thank everyone for the very informative posts. I have a question, Last week, I bought a rental property (6 apts. building) with a 1031 exchange, actually 2 equal amount exchanges my brother and mine. For liability protection, can I form an LLC with my brother and move/transfer the rental property to the LLC without effecting the 1031 exchange requirements.
