Investing Newbie with a Multifamily focus in Seattle Washington

Eric Thompson
Posted

What better way to kick off my Biggerpockets experience than with a "Hello, my name is" post.

My name is Eric Thompson and I'm just now kicking off my venture into REI. I come into this with ZERO background but a strong gut feeling that REI is how I will get to the freedom I am looking for.

My initial goals are to focus on multifamily forced appreciation with a medium term goal of turning my initial investments into a 100+ door property that cash flows.

I met a like minded individual at my day job and he turned me on to BiggerPockets. So far I have spent my time in the education section but I'm ready to take my head out of the books.
