Hello!

I am a new member, residing in West Palm Beach with my wife. We're both are 23 and finished school a little over a year ago. I'm a nurse and my wife works in the hotel industry. We finished school with 129k in debt between both of our school loans and car loans. We have been working to pay that off. We have been blessed with very cheap rent for West Palm Beach which has helped us enormously. To this date we have paid off 62k in debt, leaving us roughly 67k to go. We have been debating between staying in our studio apartment to continue to knock out this debt or buying a home. We came up with the idea of buying a home that has an efficiency that we can rent out. We just put an offer in on a home and are waiting to hear back, but with the rental income our mortgage would be only 50$ more than our rent now.

I hope to learn more from the experienced gurus on here!
