Newbie from Nashville Area

Hello, my wife and I live in Franklin, have owned the same rental property for several years, have built seven houses over the past five years and have flipped a total of five houses in the past two years.  I'm now reading my third real estate book in the past week in hopes of helping determine our next real estate move(s).  I assume we will sell our primary residence, put 3.5% down on the next primary residence, and REFI the rental to fund our next, hopefully larger, project(s).  We are looking to connect and share ideas with other similarly-interested folks.
