LLC by yourself or with a partner?
Do you guys prefer owning an LLC on your own or with a partner and why?
I’m struggling to decide if I should partner with my significant other or if we should have separate LLCs. Thanks in advance!

@Joshua Bautista You probably only need one LLC with a proper partnership agreement.
Remember, Partnership Agreements are what you look to when everything goes wrong.
If all things are going well, people don't usually look at the partnership.
When things go bad, that's the first place they turn.
Negotiate the partnership agreement, in advance when everybody is happy and when everyone is getting along. Try to anticipate as many of the potential problems as possible and address them in the agreement, BEFORE things turn bad.
Hopefully, things will never go bad, but it's nice to be prepared.
