Hello All,

I was having a discussion with an investor friend of mine about "Real Estate Teams". Meaning, the people in real estate who investors work with the most. We essentially had different thoughts on the "Most" resourceful person on your real estate team. Question, from the list of "team members" below, how would you rank them in terms of most valued member on your team? For example, if you were doing a draft, which position would you draft first and which position would you draft last.

-Realtor/Wholesaler- Someone that finds you goods deal and provide insight to the market.

-Lawyer- Someone that helps you structure your real estate investment business. Assist in asset protection.

-Tax Adviser- Someone who helps you build a strategy for tax free wealth.

-Contractor- Someone who is reliable and reasonable. Can make any repair or improvement in a cost effective manner.

-Property Manager- Someone you trust to manage your property. Handles the daily duties of land lording.

I feel all positions are valuable, but wanted to get other peoples thoughts. Would love to see your ranking and explanation of why.
