RE Investor friendly banks in South New Jersey

Fellow Bigger Pocket members:

I have purchased 2 condos and looking to add 2 more in the next few months. To date I have been purchasing with all cash and want to refinancing my existing units to purchase the 2 additional ones I am looking to add. Only looking to put 50% LTV on the properties and am looking for RE investor friendly banks in the South New Jersey area. I have been using LLC's to purchase the units and don't want to change this approach.

Has anyone had success working with any banks in NJ with their deals?

Thanks for any input or suggestions.

Pete
