newbie in the forum..
hello,
i am new to this forum also. i bought my house a little over 7 years ago here in las vegas. i believe the appreciation has been good. as a result i am in the process of taking a little over $85K out in a re-fi. after the re-fi, i will still have over 35% equity in my home. the terms of the re-fi are 5.875% for a 30 year fixed.
the only debt i have is my home. i plan to patiently search for my first rental house. the market here in vegas is softening up. i am no rush to buy, but i am patiently aggressive.
i plan to ask alot of questions on these different forums. i have already been lurking around and have read alot of great advice.
thanks alot.
