1st Flip - Under Contract in 1 day!
In a previous post I mentioned that we purchase our first flip and I'm happy to say that it's now under contract. We purchased this property with the intention of performing some cosmetic rehab and reselling it quickly and that's exactly what happened. We felt that because of the market and property type that this house wouldn't take long to sell and we were right. A buyer that lived in the apartment complex down the street saw our yard sign and approached us with an offer right away. The next day we had a verbal agreement and the day after that we had a fully executed contract. In the end we accepted a full priced offer, as-is, no inspections!
