Hello everyone!

My name is Mauricio from Omaha, NE.

After sharing some goals of mine with a mentor. He told me, “The best time to plant an oak tree is 20 years ago and today.”

It took me by surprise, and reminded me of a tree my father planted 18 years ago. How much the tree has grown and how much I’ve come along since learning not to fall off my bike... in front of an incoming truck. My sister and neighborhood friends panicked for my life. Luckily, I’m a lot better at riding my bike now— and at avoiding accidents.

Getting involved in real estate has been in the back burner of my mind for years. Well the time to start is now.

My name is Mauricio and have a lot to learn. If you my friend have read up to this point. Then, let me express my gratitude and let me know if you need help communicating in Spanish to a distressed seller or person.

I would more then gladly be of service to you, and to learn more about real estate.

With Regards

Mauricio Davila
