Welcome BP!  There has definately been some changes since I last logged on. I've finally started my business and seriously going after my dream.  Right now, we are focusing on providing regular and emergency maintenance services for property managers and home owners, as well as managing move in/out and turn over inspections for units.  We've dealt alot with DCRA, HQS, REAC, etc inspections. So if you have a question, I'm sure I have an answer.
