New to Real Estate, looking for help

Hello!

I am new to real estate and was just wondering if anyone that has experience would give me some help. I would like to try to fix and flip but I have recently been looking into getting apartment buildings and becoming a landlord. I am in college for around 5 more years and I am looking to create an income while I am finishing school, just don’t know where to start. Any information would be helpful!
