Hello! We are new investors and looking in the Cincinnati area. We are interested in the buy and hold strategy and plan to start with single family homes or small multiple family properties. I'm a nurse and my husband is a teacher and we have two daughters under the age of four. We are excited and nervous to start our real estate investing journey. We both want the freedom to work when we want. Looking forward to making connections.
