Saying Hello to the Community

Hi All, I've been a real estate agent for about 2 years (only 1 closed deal) - not because of any other reason that I was working in a different industry for the last 6 years and didn't feel comfortable leaving my full time job for brokering/investing.

However, things are changing and I would like to pursue my real estate career full time. I have a degree in Real Estate Finance, and Digital Marketing and I'm looking to connect with brokers/agents financers, and the sorts.

My area of interest is buying and flipping, rental property income, and multifam investments. I've been looking around the NJ area for quite some time and am certainly learning a lot in the process.

Just figured I'd give some background and say hello!
