Hi everybody, I live in connecticut (but am a native californian). I've been investing in real estate agressively in the past two years, but have own property since the early 1990's. Presently I own properties in AZ,CT,FL,SC and Mexico. My biggest mistake was selling my house in CA....actually I HAD two. I've learned a lot in these past two years that I feel I could be an asset to this forum and look forward to the exchange of experiences and advice. Thanks for welcoming me.
Karen
