Hi everyone,

As you probably read above, I'm new when it comes to real estate investing. I have done some research on my own, enough to gain a preliminary knowledge about the process and how to go about it. I'm more so interested in wholesaling right now. I'm definitely into rehabbing homes but for now, it seems the wholesale strategy would be best since I'm wanting to start with little to no capital whatsoever. I've been watching YouTube videos, reading up on different blogs, forums, such as this, joining local Meetup groups to network, and so forth. I know there are a ton of resources out that helps wholesale real estate investors like myself. Would anybody mind sharing some? Also, I'm located in Houston, TX. Would someone mind recommending an investor friendly title company? or an attorney that assists with these type of transactions and are familiar with the contracts coinciding with them. I've been there are a number of ways to find distressed sellers. One can do this by finding information from the local tax office, or 3 party sites that pull together lists with like, vacant house, houses with liens, or back taxes? I'm guessing.. Does anybody have some good resources to recommend that assists wholesalers in researching for properties? I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance!
