Newbie looking to Intern in Houston Tx

Good afternoon! My name is Terry, and I am just getting started on what I believe will be the roller coaster ride of my life. I will be in a place to invest well 18 months from now, but for now Im looking to be a spounge. I would love to work for someone that I can help and learn from the ground up. I was thinking wholesale, flipping and rehabbing. I have terrific career, as a PM in Television, that pays the bills, but I would love to jump ship so that I can get a start into what will be a second career for me. I have worked on rehabbing friends homes, for my brothers construction company and worked in a lumber yard in the past, therefore Im not afraid of hard work.
