Hello All,

Great to be here.  I found out about this website from reddit.  I read some good success stories and decided to create my profile and introduce myself. 

I am 46 years old, married with a kid. I work full-time on W-2 as an IT Consultant in San Francisco, CA. I have dabbled in the stock market and have been fairly successful. It is because of my fear of taking loans in the past, it has taken me so long to venture in REI. I feel I am ready now.

My focus is on increasing cash flow and building equity.  I am giving myself at least 3 months to catch up on all the reading and education and then go from there.  I have yet to crack a deal or buy a property.  Out-of-State property will be ideal.
