My name is Vince and I live in Augusta, GA. I found Bigger Pockets by listening to different kinds of podcasts. I am currently educating myself with research from the internet and different books. I am looking to purchase a rental property hopefully by 2019. I have purchased the home that I am living in 2014. I am really leaning towards purchasing a duplex or a single family home. I have a couple of IRA's I'm thinking about converting to self-directed IRA's for real estate investing.
