CT New Member Introduction

Hi all,

My name is Matthew Pinciaro and I am currently a junior at Quinnipiac University in CT. I am aspiring CPA and currently looking for my first real estate property. I am looking for a 3 to 4 bed room single family home to rent out to Quinnipiac students. I hope to acquire two single family homes by the time I graduate with my masters in 2021 and before I go into public accounting! My standards are set high and failure isn't an option!
