Hello All,

My name is Ramsi and I brought my first investment property in Iowa. I would like to get some expert opinions on how to advertise and rent this property out from local gurus.

Also, the website seems to have wealth of information on REI and there are lot of seniors/gurus sharing their experiences and mentoring ppl like me. It would be a GREAT opportunity for me to learn from others.
