New Investor from Duncan, BC

Hi all,

My name is Christopher Bauer and I am from Duncan, BC, Canada. 

I have done my own real estate development in the past where I took my personal 5 acre property from a vacant lot into a usable property (still in progress). I am a Serial Entrepreneur and currently own two businesses (one classic car restoration shop and one digital home design e-com store). My goals in real estate investing is to have a large portfolio of large rental properties. I found out about bigger pockets thru a google search but ran it by another real estate investor I knew - to see what he had to say before I joined. He has been here for 3 years - so I did very quickly. 

To elaborate on my goal - I only look at 100 unit+ properties and goal is to close 10 deals before the end of the year. I am primarily investing in the Central US.

I currently have a 240 unit contract as this is being posted and yes - that is my first property.
