New Member - Flint, Michigan

Posted

Hi Everyone,

My name is Michael Ciesielski and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I work a full time job in Flint, Michigan and am looking to get started in rental properties. I currently own a single family house (3 bed 2 bath) in Flint about a mile from where I work; I bought the house using a home loan assistance program through work so I am not allowed to rent out any of the spare bedrooms (due to the contract with my work) for the next five years.

I am looking for advice on where a good place to get started and if anyone has suggestions of rental property managing companies to look into.

Thanks!

Michael
