Interested in learning about flipping in Washington, D.C.

Hi everyone! I am a college student studying finance here in D.C. and I am interested in learning more about flipping and investment properties. I’ve been really curious about real estate for the past 5 years and that curiosity primarily comes from my involvement in Habitat for Humanity. I have learned a lot from over a dozen day builds and two week long trips and I’m looking to further develop my skills. I am a hard worker and eager to learn, so I would really appreciate an opportunity to intern for a house flipper in D.C. Also, any tips you may have would be incredibly helpful. Thank you!
