Best strategy to get out of FHA loan with 630 credit score

Posted

Hello there! Here is my situation and I need advice.. I have 630 credit score due to past collections. I expect 2/3 collection will be remove this February 2019. My credit utilization is less than 30% and no late payments except for those collections along time ago. 120K /year income. I owe 288K on my mortgage, comps. 420K. I really want to do is to remove my PMI on my loan which is close to $200/month and invest as well but due to low credit score I do not know where to start and the best strategy. First lien Heloc interest me but I dont think I will be approve. Can anyone give my advice?
