Hello everyone. I should have done this when i first joined Bigger Pockets but hey, better late than never. 

My name is Luis Sosa I am a firefighter/paramedic full time, a father, husband and I am a newer investor/rehabber/contractor from Milwaukee, WI. a little history about me, I have owned a duplex since 2013, That's around the time when i developed an interest for real estate but didn't have the means to get started. In 2017 i decided to put my interest in real estate and my skills to work so I bought my first fix and flip, which was a success.... of course after learning a thing or two along the way. recently i bought another fix and flip which should go on the market in about a week or two. I am looking to learn from people here on Bigger pockets and network. Please reach out to me as well with any questions or anything else I could be of assistance because i will do the same. There is a lot to learn and from what i been seeing here, there is tons of knowledgeable people that i would love to learn from.

Welcome, @Luis Sosa! I just saw another new member introduction from a firefighter - looks like real estate investing is a popular topic among our first responder friends!

I second all of @Dmitriy Fomichenko's recommendations - especially on the podcasts. I lurked here in the forums and listened to podcasts for several years before jumping in with our first purchase a few years ago. Eight doors later and no looking back! The podcasts are still a huge source of education and inspiration.
