Sup folks. I have been a member of this site for a couple of months and it is about time I become much more active.

My name is Jonathan, or JJ for short. From NY area (long island). I own a rent-to-own company (lease options) and my goals are to learn as much as I can, as well as offer as much value as I can to this cool community.

I am 27 years old and began my company last year. Is not easy, but these forums have helped me. I literally use a notepad when cruising forums on here as the knowlege base is unmatched even to the G word (gurus).

I am ready to learn and offer. Feel free to give a shout-out!
