Hi everyone, I've been listening to the podcast for a few months now and finally got around to signing up. In '17 I left a boring 9 to 5 career in finance behind to pursue an exciting full time RE investment life style and haven't looked back. I currently own 3 small properties and am focused/super motivated on growing my portfolio by acquiring larger multifamily properties and also interested in flipping and commercial RE. I'm great with numbers and have experience in long term and short term rentals, small rehabs, business, and finding off market deals. I'm interested in win/win partnerships and hard lenders with fair terms & conditions. While I'm writing this I am working on a 16 unit deal which needs a lot of TLC! Hoping to close it within 60 days. Keep growing the mountain! Simon

My husband and I have both considered it but neither of us has taken the leap yet...we're buy and hold investors (so far) so it gets more valuable if we start selling (for a 1031 exchange) or flipping. Jury is still out, but we'll keep you posted!
