Hi there I'm Michael and I been looking at your website for a while and just recently sign up. I want to be a real estate investor so I'm currently trying to learn more about real estate and all I can from books and hopefully from people in this forum. I never done a deal before or anything because first of all I'm scared right now to do one plus I don't got the money to do it I really don't want to get a private lender yet until I get more educate in this business because I want as little risk as possible and don't want to be in debt with these private lender or anything. I'm pretty young 18 years-old but I want to start as quickly as possible and get into this business as quick as possible. If anyone would like to help me out or mentor me email me @ [email protected]. I just don't know where to start out first! I'm hoping that I will be able to start doing some deal by dec - feb hopefully. Also I was wonder what people think is the best way to start out like what skills should I use like Flipping a property, REO property, Foreclosures, Pre-Foreclosures etc. Thanks Alot Nice To Meet All You People
