Newbie from Hood River, Oregon and Portland/Vancouver area.

Hi BP members I am new to this site and this business but can't wait to get my feet wet! I am a General Contractor from the Hood River area but am ready to get into investing and am very glad that I have found this site. I am still educating myself as much as possible but wanted to introduce myself to everyone on here. Because of my background in construction I think that fix and flip would probably be the best fit for me starting off but am open to learning all strategies. I am open to any and all advice from more experienced investors especially ones in my area which I would have to include Portland and Vancouver. I am working on creating a business plan to get to where I want to go. I am interested in networking with other members and am open to working with someone on projects for learning experience. I can bring a lot to the table so if I can help you out on a project please let me know. I would love to create a win/win for both of us. Again thanks for any input and happy investing!
