New Connecticut Real-Estate Investor

Hey Everyone,

I've been following BP on and off for about a year and finally decided to dive in!

I am a beginner real estate investor. I have no experience and not a lot of money, but I am very motivated and eager to learn. I currently own a home in Cheshire, CT. This is my first home and it's a single family, so not terribly useful (so far) with investing.

I have to admit, I am suffering from a little analysis paralysis when it comes to how I want to start investing in real-estate. I'd like to hold and rent, but I don't have any money to really acquire a new property. At least not in Connecticut.

I look forward to chatting with and learning from everyone here!
