Hi everyone!  I have been investing in real estate for about 8 years.  Started with a small 1 bedroom 400 square foot house and worked myself up to 3 houses, one of which is a duplex.  Not a huge empire but I no longer make a house payment and make about 1000 a month which was my goal.  I'd love to meet people in the area to collaborate and ... just to get to know!
