Hello Everyone! My name is Josh Cox and I am from Tulare, CA. Located in the middle of California, 3 hours north of LA and 3 hours south of San Francisco. I have been reading and utilizing Bigger Pockets now for about a year but have never taken the time to jump into the forums. So here I am. I am currently working to build my rental portfolio here in my area. I purchased my first property 5 months after graduating high school and that sparked my interest in real estate. I am now 25 with a few more properties and am looking forward to utilizing the ideas from Bigger Pockets to exponentially grow my portfolio. Nice to "meet" all of you.
