Thanks Nicholas. I actually met with my Attorney today and they said about the same thing. Not much too it. Just do not commingle money and make sure you have them structured correctly.

Looking for recommendations on books to learn more about the ins-n-outs of LLCs and their best uses? Thanks!

With your experience, you'll be a great addition to the forums already. Keep us posted on your success - looking forward to following you!

Christina - Thank you! I thought I was crazy but so glad I jumped in when I did. Read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" right out of high school and bought my first place shortly after while still living with my mom and going to college. (Cannot lie, I felt a little guilty.) Thanks for the comment and look forward to talking more.

Hello Everyone! My name is Josh Cox and I am from Tulare, CA. Located in the middle of California, 3 hours north of LA and 3 hours south of San Francisco. I have been reading and utilizing Bigger Pockets now for about a year but have never taken the time to jump into the forums. So here I am. I am currently working to build my rental portfolio here in my area. I purchased my first property 5 months after graduating high school and that sparked my interest in real estate. I am now 25 with a few more properties and am looking forward to utilizing the ideas from Bigger Pockets to exponentially grow my portfolio. Nice to "meet" all of you.
