Yes, I'm a newbie from O-town who is diving headfirst into the real estate game. What experience do I have other than residing in a single family home? Well, none really. As a kid we had multiple rental properties so I've always known the value of real estate investments. Now it's time to learn more with the intent to successfully rehab properties and acquire rentals. Just need a vehicle like this that houses all that knowledge and experts like you who are willing to lend a helpful piece of advice.
