I am wanting to get educated but also wondering? How do I even find an investor or use a private loan? What do I need to use or how should I go about this?

Next, I was wondering can anyone teach me or just help me up on my feet? I do not know what to look for or how to even get started to start flipping houses or wholesale etc.
