Howdy fellow Minnesotans! My name is Ben Yoder-Henley and I have just moved back home to the Twin Cities. I spent the last 4 years in Steamboat Springs, Colorado where I trained and worked with horses at a luxury guest ranch called Vista Verde.

Now, I have hopped off the horse, and am back in the 612. My next chapter is to dive deep into the career path of fixing and flipping, owning rental properties, and property management. I'm currently working for two different general contractors to learn as much as I can about fixing up houses and am loving it!! I am just starting on my real estate investment track and am looking for my first multi-family (2-4 unit) rental property in South Minneapolis. I am looking forward to this exciting opportunity.
