Happy Thanksgiving. This is Brenda from Charlotte, NC. I came to look at real estate as a means to do what I love, helping others who desire a home, as well as to create an extra income. Initially, I considered being a real estate agent. I myself on currently working to rebuild my credit. More than anything I wanted to be a source to help people know debt free and home ownership is a reality. That's when I decided to take the financial side of real estate..as a mortgage consultant where credit is not a factor for home ownership. I am enjoying this wonderful forum and look forward to learning and building with everyone. We all do need one another. So, again I am excited to be here. :D :whistle:
